Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct, approved by the Board of Directors of FCA Bank, defines the group’s business conduct principles together with employee commitments and responsibilities.

The Code constitutes the Group’s programme for assuring effective prevention and detection of violations of legislative and regulatory directives applicable to its activities.

The Code applies to all Group Companies and should the laws and regulations in a particular jurisdiction be more lenient than those contained in the Code, the latter shall prevail.

The Group shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the Code is regarded as a best practice standard of business conduct on the part of those third parties with whom it entertains business relationships of a lasting nature, such as advisors, counsellors, agents and dealers.
