Internal Audit
Andrea Trapè is Head of Internal Audit since December 2020.
He started his career in 1995 as Internal Auditor for the New Zealand government. In 2000 he moved to Melbourne, where he worked in information security for one of Australia’s largest banks.
In 2002, he returned to Italy, where he covered different roles in the Internal Audit department of RAS Assicurazioni (now Allianz).
In 2007, he joined Fiat Revi as ICT Audit Manager and became Head of ICT Audit in 2009. As part of the creation of FCA, he was involved in the convergence of the audit methodology, the implementation of an integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) corporate system, and ICT aspects of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act certification. He also led the Data Analytics team introducing innovative tools for the audit activity.
Born in Montefiascone (Viterbo), he graduated in Economics and Business Studies at University of Perugia and holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certifications.
Chief Executive Officer & General Manager
Giacomo Carelli has been appointed Chief Executive Officer & General Manager of FCA Bank and Chairman of Leasys in July 2014.
His professional career started in IBM Spain in 1995 before he moved, in 1996, to the Marketing department of Fiat Financiera, always in Spain.
He moved to the UK in 1997, to take over the Product Development role, undertaking increasing responsibilities as Project Manager, in Poland first and then in Germany, over the following years.
He then took over Marketing & Sales in Greece before becoming Country Manager in 2005.
He was appointed FGA Capital Group Head of Marketing & Sales in 2012.
Since January 2014 and until his appointment as Group CEO, he acted as Country Manager for Switzerland.
Giacomo Carelli, a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Advisor, was born in Rome (Italy) and is 48 years old. He graduated with honours in Economics and Business from Rome's La Sapienza University, completed a post-graduate diploma in marketing at the University of West London and an MSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Human Resources
Andrea Barcio has been Head of Human Resources of FCA Bank since May 2019.
He started his career as a consultant. In 1993 he was a Training Specialist with ISVOR. In 1997 he joined Accenture, where he was a Senior Consultant until 2000, when he went to work for FGA in the Human Resources - Organization department until 2003.
After holding two different Human Resources positions, in the International Development and Central Staff area, in 2005 he became FGA’s Head of Recruitment, a position that he left in 2007 to become head of human resources for Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Brand Marketing Communication and Product Concept.
In 2010 he became Human Resources Business Partner FGA for the Central Functions, Quality and Supply Chain, a position that he held until 2014.
Between 2012 and 2016 he served as Human Resources Business Partner for Global Finance & ICT for FGA. As HRBP in EMEA, he also followed the Finance, Business Development and Turkey areas.
In October 2016 he was appointed head of human resources of FCA Bank’s and Leasys’s Business Unit Italy, a role he filled until April 2019.
Andrea Barcio was born in Siracusa (Italy) in 1967. He graduated from liceo classico high school, has a university degree in Sociology and obtained a Master in Human Resources.
Dealer Financing
Simone Basili has been Head of Dealer Financing since November 2019, after he served as Corporate Credit Manager in Credit HQ since 2009.
He began in Fiat Sava in 1998 and then joined the holding Fidis in 2000 as Project Manager, where he oversaw several development projects first in the financial companies and then in the Targasys Group business line.
In 2002 he became Project Manager in Fiat Auto, to work on activities related to warranty costs, logistics and quality.
In 2006 he returned to FGA Financial Services as Credit Supervisor in the Credit HQ department and in 2007 was transferred to the newly-established Risk & Permanent Control function as Credit & Financial Risk Manager

Credit
Olivier Broc has been holding the position of Head of Credit since January 2018.
His career started in Mercedes Benz Financement in 1994 and then moved to Banque Sofinco in 1996 and to BMW Financial Services in 1998 as Regional Area Sales Manager.
In 2002 he joined Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, covering the role of Back Office Manager B2B Automotive and then was assigned responsibility for the management of the Automotive Branch in Nancy and in 2005 for the Household Equipment in Lille.
After the appointment as Country Officer Germany and Greece in 2008, he covered the role of Head of Long Channel in Creditplus Bank (German Subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance) since 2009 up to 2013.
Then for CACF France, he became Head of Commercial Collection and for the last ten months Head of Acceptance and Fraud Department.
He was born in Paris (France) and got a Master in International Business at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon La Sorbonne in 1993 and a Master in Banking Management at the Banking Education Center/HEC (Paris) in 2007.
Deputy General Manager & Chief Financial Officer
Franco Casiraghi has been Chief Financial Officer & Deputy General Manager since 2013.
He started his career at the Banco di Sicilia in Milan in 1980, covering several posts of increasing responsibility, mainly in the Finance area.
Following a period with the Banco di Sicilia Group Merchant Bank in Milan,in 1990 he was offered the post of Chief Financial Officer in Agos, finance company of Crédit Agricole, where he also held the posts of Board Secretary and Executive Committee Secretary.
He joined FGA Capital as Chief Financial & Risk Officer in 2007 and was also appointed Deputy General Manager of the company in 2011.
He was born in Cormano, province of Milan (Italy), and after graduating in Political Science, specializing in economics, he completed a post-graduate course in Business Administration at SDA-Bocconi.
European Markets & Business Development
Rolando D’Arco has been holding the position of Head of Business Development since October 2019. Starting from July 2020, he assumed responsibility for the Head of European Markets function.
After an initial experience with Nissan Finanziaria Italia, he joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group in 1998, with increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad in the financial services and mobility sector.
He began his activity in Fidis Spa in international projects development and then in operational marketing.
From 2003 to 2008 he assumed responsibility firstly as Marketing & Sales Director and then as General Manager of Savarent SpA, a Group company operating in the long term rental sector.
In 2008 he became Country Manager FGA Capital Portugal.
From 2011 to 2015 he held the position of Sales & Marketing Director in Leasys SpA Italia.
From 2015 to July 2020 he moved to France and became Country Manager and CEO of FCA Capital France.
Rolando D’Arco was born in 1971, he graduated in Business at L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome and he holds an MBA, gained at STOA.
Risk & Permanent Control
Emanuela Demarchi has been holding the position of Head of Risk & Permanent Controls (R&PC) since December 2018.
His career started in 2000 in Experian Group, leader in providing credit information in the assessment of risks associated with lending, as senior consultant and operation center manager.In 2013 she joined Santander Consumer Bank Italy as Risk Manager and Board’s member. She was born in 1975 and graduated in Finance and Administration at the University of Economics & Business in Turin.
Legal & Procurement
Enrico Favale has been appointed Head of Legal and Procurement of FCA Bank in October 2019. His professional career started in 2004 as Legal Practitioner before moving on to KStudio Associato (KPMG) Turin office in 2005, focusing on commercial agreements, corporate matters and M&A transactions.
In 2006 he moved to Trento and joined CREATE-NET (Center of REsearch And Telecommunication Experimentations for NETworked communities) as Head of Legal.
In 2010 he joined the Fiat Group as Teksid SpA Legal Counsel and held this position till 2014, being given more responsibility and involvement in worldwide deals. During 2010 and 2012 he was partially seconded to Comau SpA and Fiat Group Automobiles respectively, contributing to the fulfillment of complex transactions.
In 2014 he was appointed EMEA FCA Service Companies Head of Legal and in 2017 he moved to FCA Italy and was appointed ICT, Connected Vehicle & Financial Services EMEA Head of Legal, also in charge of the coordination of the Legal team serving Business Center Italy. He was born in Mesagne, province of Brindisi (Italy) in 1979, graduated in Law, admitted to the Italian Bar as a solicitor and completed a Master in Business Strategies at the Pisa University of Economics.
Leasys
Alberto Grippo became the Leasys Manager in August 2018 having previously worked as the Country Manager of Spain, Portugal & Morocco.
Following his initial experience as a financial auditor, he joined the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group in 2000, increasingly taking on more responsibilities in the UK and rising to the position of Head of Finance and Accounting.
Between 2005 and 2009 he was the Treasury Manager in Italy, after which he went on to become the Financial Planning & Control Manager.
In 2012 he was put in charge of the Portuguese market and between 2013 and 2014 he was appointed as Coordination Manager for Overseas Markets.
Alberto Grippo was born in 1971 and holds a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome.
Compliance, Supervisory Relations & Data Protection
Patrizio Lattanzi has been Head of Compliance & Supervisory Relations since December 2019, starting from October 2020 he assumed responsibility for Data Protection Officer (DPO) for FCA Bank S.p.A. (including its Branches).
He started his professional career in 1994 with Azimut Holding S.p.A., as head of Group Corporate Affairs.
He then took on roles of responsibility in the Legal departments of the wealth and asset management companies of the Deutsche Bank and Intesa Groups.
In 2004 he became Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance with UBS (Italia) S.p.A.
In 2009 he became Head of Group Compliance with Banca Esperia S.p.A, and eventually took on the roles of Head of the Corporate Affairs and Operations department and CEO of fiduciary companies.
Patrizio Lattanzi was born in Rome on 14 July 1965 and graduated in law.
Sales & Marketing
Juan Manuel Pino is Head of Sales & Marketing since July 2020.
He started his career as Key Account Manager in Group GSS in 2002 up to 2004 where he assumed the responsibility to develop the activities of the company in Argentina, where he agreed partnerships to launch the activities.
In 2005 he joined RCI Bank Spain where he assumed different roles of responsibility, starting with the coordination of the Network Financial activity as Nissan finance Coordinator. He served as regional Manager between 2007 and 2010, becoming Nissan Finance Brand Manager. A position he left in 2013 to assume the responsibility of Head of Insurance and Services for RCI Bank Spain, position held until 2016.
In 2016 he joined FCA Capital Spain being appointed as Sales& Marketing Director, a role he filled until June 2020.
Juan Manuel Pino was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1976. He graduated from Lycée Francais de Madrid high school, has a university degree in Marketing and Business Management and obtained a PMD (Program for Management Development) by ESADE.
ICT, Digital & Data Governance
Luca Pollano has been holding the position of Head of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) since November 2017, starting from March 2019 he assumed responsibility for the Data Governance function and, from November 2019 for Digital function.
His career started in IN.T.E.S.A. S.p.A., an IBM company, in the E-Business Solutions and Services department as IT Project Manager and then in 2001 he joined Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. and assigned responsibility for Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Reporting Process in the ICT function, being involved in many projects
In 2007 he covered the role as ICT Manager at Fiat Group International S.A (Switzerland) and in 2009 he was appointed Head of ICT Process - Finance, SAP and Purchasing in the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group - EMEA Region, covering also the global role for the ICT Process - Finance, SAP.
Additionally, in September 2016 he was assigned responsibility for ICT Teksid (FCA Group – Components), coordinating worldwide ICT activities for all Teksid legal entities.
He was born in Savigliano, province of Cuneo (Italy), and graduated in Computer Science.
Corporate Affairs & Process Governance
Alberto Sibille has been holding the position of Head of Corporate Affairs since June 2017, starting from March 2019 he assumed responsibility for the Process Governance function.
His career started in 1985 as Organization Analyst in FCA and then he was in charge of Headcount Planning & Reporting and HR ICT Systems Management.
In 1990 he was in addition appointed HR Manager for HR Professionals. Then he was HR Manager for the Rivalta Powertrain Plant and Termini Imerese Vehicle Plant in Italy.
Up to 2002 he covered positions in the HR function as Organization and Management Development Director and - after a short period as International Developoment Business Unit HR Business Partner – he joined the Legal function in October 2003.
As Corporate Affairs Manager he was responsible for coordinating corporate affairs of approximately one hundred FCA companies all over the world, integrating Chrysler Group companies, contributing to extraordinary operations within the FCA business and supporting the transformation of FGA Capital into FCA Bank.
Alberto Sibille acts also as Secretary of the Board of Directors of FCA Bank.
He was born in Turin (Italy), and graduated in Economics, Finance and Administration.
Ferrari Financial Services GmbH - CEO
Roberto Sportiello was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari Financial Services (JV between Ferrari and FCA Bank) in January 2020.
He began his career in Fiat SAVA in 2000 in the Credit department and then held positions of growing responsibility in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and then Marketing, between Market and Holding.
In 2008 he became Sales & Marketing Manager of FGA Capital Portugal, returning to Italy in 2011 as Marketing Manager for the Italy BU.
In 2014 he took the post of Head of Marketing & Sales of the FCA Bank Group.
In 2016 he was appointed CEO of FCA Bank GmbH, the bank of the FCA Bank Group in Austria.
Born in 1974, he graduated in Economics from the University of Turin.
FCA Bank Italia
Giulio Viale has been holding the position of Head of FCA Bank Italia since December 2017.
He joined the Treasury-Management and Credit Collection body in Fiat Group Automobiles in 1988, before moving to the Balance Sheet Analysis function the following year, where he stayed for several years. In 1996, he handled Credit Policy for the Dealer Financing business in the same Treasury function, then moved to work in Dealer Financing - Foreign Markets for Fidis S.p.A.
He took up the post of Dealer Financing Manager Italy in Fidis S.p.A. in 2003, then when FGA Capital was founded, was appointed Dealer Financing Manager for the Business Unit Italy.
Finally, he was appointed Head of Dealer Financing of the FCA Bank Group in 2012.
He was born in Saluzzo, province of Cuneo (Italy), and has a diploma in accounting.
