In certain countries dealers re-opened in total safety, in others they will re-open in the next few weeks but, in all the countries in which FCA Bank operates, we came up with solutions for customers who intend to buy a new car.

Where dealers are still closed, FCA’s Car@home program will enable visitors to enter virtually the showroom thanks to Google Meet.

From the comfort of their home, customers will be able to find out about FCA’s new models, “talk” with a sales consultant, potentially place their order, and even apply for a financial solution by FCA Bank which, thanks to its advanced digital tools, provides estimates for loans and insurance products for customers that request them.

We have enhanced our traditional trustworthiness, professionalism and support for customers that are planning to buy a new car, extending special terms and conditions to help to make things easy at such a difficult time for all.

For this reason, for loans to finance the purchase of all cars and commercial vehicles, FCA Bank will collect the first instalment payable in arrears in January 2021 in most European countries and will provide flexible and tailor-made solutions, based on customers’ requirements.

Moreover, we offer a credit protection policy in case of job loss. This type of insurance covers policyholders and their families against the risk arising from the adverse consequences of a job loss.
