In the past few years technology, connectivity and fintech have affected, or changed radically, the daily habits of people, shaping a new approach to consumer experience. Today, smartphones and the web need to be able to convey a growing number of services to meet users’ requirements and, to that end, FCA Bank launched a pan-European online financing assessment project, thereby expanding the range of financial solutions offered.
In July 2019, FCA Bank began performing online preliminary credit analysis in Germany. Users interested in purchasing a vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover, an FCA Bank partner, will be able to receive immediate feedback on their credit applications. In the future, the functionality will be implemented on the Bank’s website as well as on the websites of the other brand partners and in the other countries in which it operates.
Customers who choose to configure their next vehicle will be able to receive a preliminary and immediate assessment regarding their ability to access a plan to finance the vehicle purchase by entering key personal and financial data in the Finance Calculator.
FCA Bank’s digital transformation process is already under way, adding another innovative tool that takes the Bank and its customers toward an increasingly paperless experience.
